Redgrave and Lopham Fen

Today, Otters and Owls went to Redgrave and Lopham Fen to see the River Waveney.

They began at the source, where they measured the width, depth, temperature and flow of the water.

There was a range of wildlife at the fen.  On one of the lakes there were lots of canada geese that flew away when we arrived.

We measured the river at two further spots, and also made notes and sketches of the other wildlife and plants that we saw.
